Went down to CommunicAsia just now with colleagues. It is still pretty much the same like 5 to 6 years ago. Enterprise stuffs and cellphones. Saw quite a fair bit of stuffs like barracuda networks, blue coat, development boards, …

Nothing really caught my attention except for those appliance server. I want one of them too! Anyway, I saw NUS Enterprise as well. They had like a booth there which was like divided up into 4 smaller booths to showcase a few productions. I know none of the people manning the booth.

Singtel had a F1 car down there. It is not those real F1 cars but a simulator. Pretty interesting, Josh wanted to drive it but was told that it’s fully booked by someone/company. The race track is in Singapore, they kind of simulated the upcoming F1 circuit in Singapore. Looks pretty cool with the driver bumping into the road shoulder and/or dividers. Lets hope that the real thing won’t bump into things every now and then as the simulated road is rather narrow.

I want a transparent QoS appliance! Can a QoS appliance be transparent? Got to check it out.
