Of cos it is more sturdy! DNS-323 is for SOHO and this is for small enterprises! Unfortunately, online sites suggest that it would cost more than $700 when converted to Singapore dollars!
Do you notice that the DNS-343 will spin up the Volume_1 drive every hour or so?

I am not sure of the DNS-343. Only had it for review and ran into some problems of the raid controller not rebuilding RAID and I had to manually telnet in to hot add the failed harddisk!
Hope DNS-343 will be fixed with all those bugs in the initial firmware!
