Sakura Buffet!
It’s has been some time since we last went out as a family or in a group for meals. The last trip to Sakura has been pleasant with my colleagues. So…., I brought mummy, sis and elder bro to Sakura at Science Centre for lunch! We had lunch from 12pm to 2pm before leaving for Bugis (where I did my coding while they shopped).

Plates of Japanese food! Sashimi and Califonia roll
Had a few slices of abalone, followed by tempura
Had some oriental food as well - siew mai, crab. The vanilla puffs are nice!
One of the mochi transformed and ate our cakes! Look at the contented face after eating!

is the quality of the food good? e.g. sushi nice, siew mai warm? hows the price? cos im searching for suitable place for family gatherings aso haha

The quality of the food is not bad. They of cos do not use the best parts of the salmon for the sashimi. The food are pretty decent - satays are nice! Those dory fillets and chicken chops are great too. I love the muttons! Oops.
Price is $20++ on weekdays lunch, dinner is slightly more expensive. There is an extra charge of $2++ for weekends lunch and dinner.

actually near my house also got Sakura.. haha @ the new Jurong West Sports complex.
Haha ok it sounds nice. I am scared that because its a buffet spread the quality tends to be not as good, e.g. food thats not cold! Maybe can give it a try next time, thanks!
Actually we are supporters of Sakura Jurong Sport complex since Jan 2008, but after we had dinner on 01 Nov & found that the food quality dropped and there is not glass provided, no small spoon provided at the desset area; especially the new indian supervisor is very Yaya, so we will not going to having a buffet again. very sad…
