Was watching a show hosted by 利菁. The show is about the sons and/or daughters of taiwan celebrity and they arehaving competition. I guess they are hoping to get identified and perhaps gain popularity?

Most of them mentioned that they can speak English. When the judges asked them to converse in English, I was shocked. I think Serene’s 3 year old niece can speak better than them. One of the contestant mentioned that she knows Japanese! When asked to converse, she merely sang those well known pop songs in Japanese. *dang*. Going by their definition of knowing languages, I can speak mandarin, english, hokkien, cantonese, melayu, tamil, french. Oops, hokkien and cantonese are dialects.
