Canon EOS 60D with EF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Standard Zoom Kit

It’s my birthday and I simply love the present from my wife, Serene. Yes, she got me the Canon EOS 60D with EF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 IS Standard Zoom Kit! Purchased this during the quarterly IT Show (8-11 March 2012) as we managed to get a nice package which has most of the stuffs that a newbie (in DSLR) needed. Other reputable camera shops do offer better price if you pay cash but if you decide to add in all the (useful) freebies and credit card discount, the deal at the IT Show seems better.

Aside from the kit lens, we also picked up the Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM Lens at SGD$499. Well, the deal is too good to be missed so yeah, starting off my DSLR journey with 2 lens (Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM Lens & Canon EF-S 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6 IS). Will be posting pictures if I manage to shoot any nice ones. Ha!

    2. Lester,
:( but it is ok cos that more for stars. Haha and the specs are the same except for the IR filter. It seems more expensive too and due to the diff in market segment, 60D should not drop in price (I hope). Haha
