N78 has quite a fair bit of fanciful transitions in its menu. For example, when switching from the main menu to camera mode, the screen would shrink, fade out and at the same time rotate to landscape mode while the camera interface zooms and fades into view.

Almost all of the main menu items has got transition effects! These transitions, althought visually appealing, seems to have an impact on the navigation experience. The whole phone seems to be lagging from these effects. Sometimes the soft buttons fail to respond to user’s input. Laggy system again?

Can somebody tell me how do I disable all these fanciful transitions?

Like most Nokia devices nowadays, they come packed in a plain box. The arrangement of the package items is pretty much like the old N81 8GB.
