Tie Dan

Always seen “tie dan” in variety shows like “shi zi lu kou” but don’t get to eat it. My mum’s friend came to vist us today and pass us a shrunk packed of “ah po tie dan”. Very small and the amount of egg white area is very little. Taste like “ru dan” just that the egg white section is abit hard. Nice nice. :X

Book in tomorrow morning.. This week really “wan dan” cos back at camp.
