Finally NUH replied

I had post an entry regarding medical sector in Singapore. In that post I also mentioned about the delayed response or rather no responses from NUH despite several emails sent to them.

Got all fed up one night as they didn’t reply to my 3rd or 4th email. So guess what? I again emailed that person plus carbon-copied the email to enquiries, quality service and a quality service manager. And it worked! I got a prompt reply the next afternoon. Now they are sending the report to me. Finally! After a month of waiting!
