Bad service at MOS Burger

Had my lunch at the Takashimaya/Ngee Ann City outlet today with my sis. Ordered quite a bit of food as we were quite hungry. As usual, it is difficult to find seats at lunch time but fortunately we have a decent seat to ourselves. We felt that we were rushed to quickly finish up our food when the staff came to clear our trays and some rubbish while we were still eating. I thought they should only clear it when we leave the table?

Well, that was nothing. When I just finish my burger (left with fries, mussels, drinks), the auntie (staff) came around again to ask if we were going to finish our food soon. From the looks of the food on the table, we replied no. Then she gave me an unexpected response, “Wah lau eh…”. I was like WTF. I am still having my food and you are shooing me away? It is not like I didn’t order anything and occupying your outlet’s seats.

It is the first time I wanted to do a feedback to the management. Walked up to the counter area and asked for the feedback form. Before they actually pass me the form, the store manager ask me what is it regarding. Related to her about the incident and she seems to know which staff it was. She apologized and later sent the staff to apologize as well. Oh well, case close.
