Ban all China’s products?

Are all China’s products poisonous or harmful? It seems like there has been a number of issues with China’s product. Luncheon meat made from pigs that have died quite some time ago, eels with lead/tin poisoning, buns made from cardboard boxes, toys with lead, and now? Milk tainted with chemicals. Products made from those milk are all affected (milk powder, cheese, crackers, tidbits, ice cream, e.t.c.). Recently, there is news that fishes are also fed with food that are tainted with chemicals. Hope veggy are not affected.
