NSD Powerball!

Had a go at my colleague’s NSD Powerball! Cool toy/device that generates quite a lot of resistance for its size. I managed to spin it up to 10k rpm after a few days. Hurray!

The powerball really gives a good workout to the forearm muscles. I got muscle aches the very next day even though I only played it for 15 mins? Tagged along my colleagues overseas order for the signature pro model. Can’t wait to get my hands on it!
