Some of you might know that I have bought a resale flat recently. I like it pretty much due to its location! It is near the MRT station and bus interchange. Shopping centres are just a couple of minutes away by foot. There’s a park below (which I hope is not a mosquito breeding ground).
Some pictures of the flat before renovation!
Check out the retro wall tiles! Going to remove the wall tiles and install casement windows
The living room is pretty spacious. Going to remove the glass sliding door for unobstructed view!
Going to remove the retro lamps as well
I hope it will turn out to be a cosy TV area
Not sure if we are going to use it daily. But we are going to bake for sure!
Used to have a stove at the lower right of the picture. Gave it to the seller cos he said he needed it.
The master bedroom is rectangular. In my opinion, it is quite difficult to optimise the space
A view of the bedroom from the far end. Bathroom to the right, living room to the left
Going to remove the bathtub and replace with shower area. Though I like bathtub and rubber duckies, the water wastage is high!
The other wall of the toilet. Don’t know why I took this shot
The bathing area in the common toilet
The common toilet
Bedroom 2 is pretty spacious too (I think). Going to turn it into a make shift study
Bedroom 3 is almost the same size as bedroom 2. Going to turn it into a guest room
