Ainol Novo 7 Fire Android Tablet – Little decent tablet

Niffy 7-inch Android tablet with decent performance!

Picked up a 7 inch Android tablet recently for wife for her basic Internet surfing and catching up on her shows. This Android tablet is from Ainol (艾诺) and I find the specifications pretty decent. At approximately US$150, I think it is a steal!

The Ainol Novo 7 Fire Android tablet response is pretty snappy. I guess this is probably due to the Dual Core 1.5GHz CPU and 1GB RAM. And in terms of hack-ability, there are (unofficial) CyanogenMod 10 (CM10) ROMs for it.

In terms of battery life, it is pretty decent as well. Did the usual exploration of new toy, installed applications, surf extensively on WiFi and it lasted me almost half a day. With normal usage, the Ainol Novo 7 Fire Android tablet should last through a day or two.
