The design of the LG Optimus F5
The design of the LG Optimus F5 is simple. It looks a little like the Samsung Galaxy S2 from a distant. However, in terms of performance, it outperform the Samsung Galaxy S2.
The LG Optimus F5’s plastic construction doesn’t, in anyway, feel cheap or flimsy.
The curved edges and rounded corners make it comfy to hold in your hands but the slippery back might be a nightmare for people with sweaty palms. And no, the cube/checkered pattern at the back doesn’t help with the grip. So you better get a case to go along with it.

The buttons and connectors are in the usual locations – volume rocker on the left, power button on the right, 3.5mm audio jack on top and microUSB at the bottom.
South of the screen are the capacitive shortcut keys for back, home and menu. As a Samsung phone user, I felt that the “back” and “menu” button seems to have swapped position on the LG Optimus F5.

The LG Optimus F5 comes with a removable 2150 mAh battery. It should last through a typical day of light surfing, WhatApp-ing, Facebooking, calling and texting.
