Insert the XenDesktop 7.1 Installation Disc and select Delivery Controller.
Accept the software license agreement and click on the Next button.As I have installed the Citrix License Server and StoreFront on a separate server. I only selected the Delivery Controller, Studio and Director component for this installation. Click on the Next button to proceed.I have Microsoft SQL Server 2012 installed on my network so I only selected the Windows Remote Assistance feature. Click the Next button to proceed.Take note of the ports required and open then on your network firewall and Windows Firewall.Review the pre-installation summary. Click on the Install button to proceed.Allow the installation to complete before proceeding.Verify the installation is successful. Uncheck the ‘Launch Studio’ option and click on the Finish button.
