Dixie’s old dog, Bubbles

Met up with Dixie for lunch then went to her house to slack and bath her dog. She always describe to me that the dog make noises when you are going to bath her and when you bath her.

The dog was roaming the house happily and barking everynow and then this afternoon. Then Dixie went to the balcony area and reappeared with Bubbles’s towel in hand. The dog suddenly turned quiet and tail stopped wagging. She slowly walked to her sofa couch and ly down there. Don’t dare to move. Dixie approached her and put the towel on her, she simply don’t move! Probably hoping that we cant see her and she wont be bathed.

Too bad, she was carried upstairs straight to the bathroom. When she’s inside, guess she knows she cant escape, after removing her dog tag and flea collar, she stay as far as possible from Dixie and me. Trembling pretty seriously. You can practically see her hind legs shaking, and her neck and head shaking too.

Dixie commanded her to come nearer, but she just come a few steps nearer then back off again. Soon she was splashed with lukewarm water, bathed and dried, trembling throughout.

She was then left at the balcony area to dry. She was pretty quiet, after sometime she was quite dry and was allowed to roam the house again. She was quiet until I help her put on the collar and flea collar, then she start to howl. As if she wears that she would be freed from the torture of bathing.

A couple of hours later, she started to make noise again. This time I went to the balcony and took the towel in. She stopped wagging her tail and stopped barking. Looking at me with hind legs trembling again. But the moment I put back the towel. She was wagging her tail again. I tested her again by touching the towel. Again her tail stopped wagging and lowered. *loL*
