Most welfare course for trainees

Crap, Recee Commander Course is the most welfare course for its instructors and trainees. All the stuffs are done by the support staffs. Cutting of talc as overlays for trainees, waterproofing of navigation signs while trainees rest and instructors playing chess and computer games in the air conditioned office.

Worst of all, they cant even walk across to the ops room to photocopy their documents. They always yell for support stuffs to bring documents to photocopy. Everytime give last minute orders or unrealistic timings like prepare everything by 0700hrs then only move out by 1130hrs. Crap. Bring tent for instructors to play daidee in while trainees do their one day navigation at lower mandai. Crap. Kind of despise these type of instructor.

And worst of all, for what fuck we need to serve drinks to the OC when he comes to oversee the training? If he want his promotion faster, why not he think logically rather than carrying balls? We support staffs are serving army, not office boys, coffee boys or sort.

Trainees just pack their stuffs and sit down there and wait while we pack the stores. Fuck. Welfare trainees.
