Unsung heros of RCC 04/04

This time round, there are no CQ trained personnel attached to the course. So basically most of the attach staffs are learning new things everyday.

With a strength of 10 staffs for the whole course. It is not enough, especially when there are so much work to do. Tonnes and tonnes of stores just for a simple exercise. Out of the 10 staffs, some are plain lazy.

10 staffs – 2 specialist (CQ and SIG I/C), 1 storeman, 1 ArmSkote Man, 2 Medics, 4 Drivers. A handful of them are just plain lazy to help and siam all the work. Rest early, book out early and come in late. No Signalers attached and they require us to mount and dismount vehicle set. No mechanics and they want us to fix generator.

Been crank starting generators til my chest hurts. Well it is the muscles around the chest. How i wish there is something to jump start the generator instead of crank starting it. *Argg*
