Holiday Duty

Sob, will be doing Guard Duty tomorrow. Worst of all it falls on a holiday, guards will have to prowl the camp from 0800hrs to 0800hrs the next day, and me as the Guard 2IC, have to write all the entries for ammo issue and arms issue. *Tired hands tomorrow* Any kind souls want drop by the Guard House tomorrow and help me write some entries?

Seems like I still cant run, whenever the cardio starts to work hard, the pains kicks in. Dot. Maybe should just try and run frequently, hoping that the pain kicks in later.
