Meeting dear today! At Chinatown later on. Going to eat nice nice food again. Wonder what I am going to eat later. Seems like today’s the last day.

Met a user this morning, Sheila Wong. She encounted a problem yesterday and came down to let us resolve. The Cisco VPN wasn’t working on her laptop. The host of the Cisco Profile was blanked! Wonder what happened, the host is actually greyed off. So don’t know who or how the host got deleted off.

Luckily I taught her how to reconfigure the Cisco VPN, it happened to her yesterday again! She recalled what I had taught her and she managed to get it up and running again. *loL* She thanked me this morning in the lift. A great start for the day!
