24th Birthday!

I am older! and hopefully wiser.

Met up with Daniel and Ken to have a short gathering, cake cutting session and movie outing. Serene came along with me! Been sometime since we last went out and enjoyed ourselves. This semester is really tough. Ok, no school related chat in this entry.

Went over to IT Show 2007 after school today. Serene wanted to get a duplex monochrome laser printer. We settled on HP 2015d. A pretty nice laser printer at SGD$529. Squeezed my way around the IT Show. What should I get for myself? Nothing! Since DIR-655 is not ready for release as the power adaptors are not certified yet. 🙁

Took a cab back to Serene house. Had a nice dinner and unpacked the laser printer. When I was unpacking it, something was amiss. The duplex cover behind was disloged and was held only by the sticky tapes (those place on movable parts to prevent them from opening during transportation). To our horror, the printer is damaged. The printer cant even stand flat on the ground, it is wobbing around due to the damage. Sigh.

Serene’s brother got angry about the matter and called up HP and the reseller. Ah. Hopefully it get resolved.

Left for Plaza Singapura at 9 to meet Daniel and Ken for gather, cake cutting and movie session. Since we are at Plaza Singapura, dropped by G2000 to get my polo tees. *yipee*

Glad to see Daniel is still in 1 piece. He walked around with his O2 tank. Just incase he get another migraine attack :/.

Went over to Cathay for movie + snacking session at Shi Lin Xiao Chi before catching the show “300”. Spartas! Stronger than commandos sia. Ok before the show, we had the normal Birthday Cake cutting session. Been sometime since I last cut a cake. Thanks buddy and dear!

After the midnight show, it is my first time sharing a cab with them to the east side! Wah sei! Nan de wor!
