NUH is so fcuked up

Cut the story short. When the payment doesn’t go through, they send a reminder to you and reminds you of a payment.

When you are requesting for a report, they send to the wrong address. How fcuked up can they be? The request for report has taken more than a month. It’s going to be two months already!

NUH is so inefficient and fcuked up.

Serene suggested that maybe it was my error in filling up forms when registering at NUH. The thing is, they are the one doing the registering, they take your I/C and fill up all the required information. Have you ever filled up registration forms at NUH? So it is definitely NUH fault.

Even if I did fill up registration form and filled it up wrongly, it shouldn’t be the case that only bills arrive correctly and other non-money matter stuffs goes to the wrong place. Unless NUH is so money-faced and only serves the rich?
