BBQ Party!

Went over to Josh’s party at Southhaven II just now. Was instructed to bring some drinks along. Picked up 6 cans of Heineken before going over. His friends were already there when I reached, they are mostly “ang moh” – some Australian, some English, some Brazilian (?). The only locals are my colleagues (Josh, Darren,  Amos, John, Luis and girlfriend, yiyi). Haha!

There’s quite a fair bit of food! Salads, brazilian foods, crackers, fried rice, bean based soup, fruits, tidbits, chicken, pork sausages, beef, .. and alot more! I would say they love the beef! Expensive stuff! Josh spent close to $300 for the meat! Wow! Too bad I ain’t a beef eater. Could see that they are eating some real good stuff!

Drank a can of the beers they brought (Anchor, Raffles, Carlsberg, Heineken, Chang, Tiger). Seems like they stock up mostly on beers. Had a bit of my favourite drink as well, Coke! Yummy!

Fun evening! Too bad we didn’t get to enjoy the great 50″ plasma tv and the sound system. Time to do my work before hitting the sack.
